These Terms of Use govern the use of this website and the booking of accommodation at Apartments Trapula Šibenik made directly through the booking engine on this website. By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. Reservations
A reservation made through the booking engine on this website is binding once you receive a booking confirmation by email. The confirmation contains the details of your stay, the price, and the payment instructions. Please check the confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any detail is incorrect.
The guest making the reservation must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and apply per apartment per night for the number of guests stated in the reservation. The price includes the use of the apartment and its amenities as described on this website. Payment is made by card, as offered during the booking process.
4. Cancellation Policy
Reservations are non-refundable. The full amount is charged at the time of booking and is not refunded in case of cancellation or no-show.
5. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 15:00
- Check-out: by 10:00
If you expect to arrive outside the check-in hours, please contact us in advance so we can arrange your arrival.
Croatian law requires us to register all guests with the eVisitor system. At check-in, every guest must present a valid identity card or passport for registration.
6. House Rules
- The apartment may be occupied only by the number of guests stated in the reservation.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 8:00 out of consideration for other guests and neighbours. Disturbing the neighbours, causing disorder, or damaging other people's property is not allowed.
- Visitors who are not registered guests are not allowed in the apartment, except in exceptional situations and with the prior agreement of the owner.
- Parties and large gatherings are not allowed.
- Please park only in the spaces designated for guests of the property.
- Guests are responsible for their own behaviour in the property and its surroundings. Please take care of your personal belongings and valuables; the owner is not liable for their loss.
- When leaving the apartment, please lock the door, close the windows, turn off the lights and electrical appliances, and close the taps.
- Furniture, towels, bed linen, and other inventory must not be taken out of the apartment.
- The guest is liable for any damage to the apartment or its inventory caused during the stay, beyond normal wear and tear.
In case of serious violation of the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the stay without a refund. If you have any problem during your stay, please contact the owner without delay.
7. Our Responsibilities
We are committed to providing the apartment as described on this website. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to provide the booked apartment, we will offer you an equivalent alternative or a full refund of the amount paid. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including interruptions of public utilities, weather conditions, or noise from the surrounding area.
8. Complaints
If you have any complaint about our service, please let us know during your stay so we can resolve it right away. In accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, you may also submit a written complaint to the address or email stated in section 1. We will respond in writing within 15 days of receiving the complaint.

10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by the competent court in Šibenik, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may give you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your reservation applies to your booking.
